● 市神社務所について●
中世の「市（いち）」は社寺が管轄していた所が多く、現在でもその名残を 残している　　　　　
山形県山形市の 正月十日市や福島県会津田島の初市などでは、 市 の両側に神社の 御神輿が　　　　
出ます。 市来姫命（いちきひめのみこと）のような 商売の神様が祀られ、 テナントは　　　　　　
たとえば火鉢は奈良興福寺の火鉢座の営業 許可を持った店だけ、あとは行商人で、　　　　　　　
売り上げは地元に持ち帰ってしまう。 それでは困る、城下では市も座も関係ない城下の　　　　　　
商人が 期間も決めず自由に 商売をやりなさい、と戦国大名が決めたのが「楽市楽座」です。　　 　
中世の市は月三回、「四日市」なら毎月４，１４，２４と三回（三斉市） あるいは六回（六斉市）
開催されていたのですが、戦国時代末には地名に 残るだけになってしまいました。　　　　　　　
みなさんのご近所にも「○日市」の地名が あると思います。ですから楽市楽座の市神はテナントの
関係者が雑談したり情報交換するだけ の気楽な場所と考え、こういう所を作ろうと提案しました。

､-Welcome to the "Ichi-gami Shamusho"!!-､
Ichi-gami Shamusho means Shrine's office of God or Goddess of Market.
In the days of long and dark Mediaeval Age, most Japanese marchants and
craftsmen (including sword marchants and swordsmithes) were limited
their economical growth by the Shintoism Shrine and the Buddhist
Temple to save their economical privilege. In the late 16th Century,
some powerful Samurai lords ordered to dismiss these
old closed markets (ichi) and craftsmen's guild (za).
This order called "Raku (free from)-ichi, Raku-za".
After this time, the Japanese economy grew and the power of Shirne
and Temple were wasted away. Also, after this time, Shrine's office of
old markets turned into a comfortable saloon. So, this space is
free talk corner for Japanese sword lover. Welcome to your opinion!
